Creating characters who think, speak and behave differently from other characters (and ourselves!) is the ongoing challenge for actors. This class covers the creation of individual characters, starting with the script and how a writer presents each character “Voice” through the choices they make in speaking and behaving; we’ll explore physicality and movement, and finally speech patterns, dialectics and vocal manipulation. This is a great class for those who want to develop unique, psychologically sound and believable personalities for any role!
